Would I have dual citizenship if I was born in England but live in Australia

Would I have dual citizenship if I was born in England but live in Australia?
My father was born in England as were my grandparents. I was born in Ely, England to an Australian mother and the family left England for Australia when I was 2. Would I still be considered a citizen? Could I move to England to live as a citizen? Thanks if you can help.

Because you were born in the UK and had a parent who was a British citizen when you were born, you are a British citizen and have dual citizenship. You can apply for a British passport and move to live and work in the UK without restrictions. Being a UK citizen also allows you to freely live and work in EU countries. http://ukinaustralia.fco.gov.uk/en/help-for-british-nationals/passports/ You must also have an Australian passport as Australian citizens are required to always leave and enter Australia on an Australian passport.
