Australia has strict requirements about people coming in. Must currently have a job and big bank account. They do not want any deadbeats coming in.

It depends on the applicants. For example the easiest people to get into Australia would be the highly skilled. They would be given sponsored visas with well known and reputable places (which are negotiated with the television network for the publicity). Some would be given Working Holiday Visas (for those between 17 and 30) but it would only limit them to staying in Australia for a maximum of 2 years but they could only work for 1 (as the main idea in a Working Holiday visa is sightseeing with a bit of work to suppliment your pay). The cheapest way would be if they come on a tourist visa and just look around, check out the prices and how difficult it would be to get jobs or live in another country (which would be the most ideal way if they're only staying for a week).

The largest cities are usually the most multicultural, and therefor the most tolerant of foreigners. That's Melbourne Brisbane and Sydney. I think Sydney might be best for your kids, because there are many international students studying there.

I'd say Sidney too, I've bin thr... : ) gdLck with the move.....

What is the BEST place to live in Australia

What is the BEST place to live in Australia?
When you answer this question could you please think about ideal location for lifestyle and family without the need to be tied to a capital city for economic reasons. I am sure that there are many wonderful locations out there not too far from the epicenters that should also be considered. Being a new migrant to this beautiful and BIG Australia it is difficult to know where to start? Any lifestyle suggestions out there please?

Hi dear, I think anywhere you get a job and you are happy with it.anywhere you can afford.
3 :
I love Adelaide - it's quiet, pretty, the food is great, the climate is temperate, it's near the beach and the wineries, there are plenty of good schools and a reasonable amount of culture.
4 :
SYDNEY
5 :
depends on what climate you like & are used to hot/cold/mild north is hotter south is cooler you will find a city town area to suit you if you give more details on what you like & want in a place
6 :
Fremantle a port city just out side of Perth,Busselton smaller but very beautiful ,Geraldton a small port city had some problems in the past but has a lot of potential for growth all are on the coast with great beaches.
7 :
Queensland, beautiful one day, perfect the next! Port Douglas , a bit warm for some, but abounding in natural beauty. You have The Great Barrier Reef on your doorstep, and The Daintree Rainforest just up the road. But don't tell anyone!
8 :
Western Australia is vast and full of opportunity. There are many lovely towns ranging from temperate climates to quite hot, but be prepared to drive a little if you want to live outside of Perth. The beaches are gorgeous and the sun sets over the Indian Ocean. Houses are generally a lot cheaper than the Eastern States.

Can my family sponsor me to live in Australia

Can my family sponsor me to live in Australia?
I have a first cousin that has lived in Australia for about 3 years, I'm not too sure if it's that long. Can she sponsor me to live in Australia, also, if she can sponsor me, does that mean I can only live there? Am I allowed to work full time? I'm a British Citizen too.

Contact an embassy of the gov of Australia and they will answer your question.
2 :
a cousin can not sponsor you it must be a parent or sibling
3 :
The best thing to do is contact the Australian consulate. To enter Australia there is a points process that you need to go through. It is based around your age and the skills that are needed in Australia. Melbourne and Sydney are very hard to emigrate to. I do not think that a cousin sponsor you. I think it has to be a parent or a sister but again check it out with the consulate they will be able to advise you. Good luck.
4 :
A first cousin can sponsor you for a Skilled รข€“ Regional Sponsored (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 475) but it only reduces the points you need to get on the points test and your relative must live in a specified regional area. You must still be a skilled worker with qualifications and experience in a required occupation listed on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL). http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/475/ http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/475/eligibility-applicant.htm The only type of family sponsorship that isn't for skilled workers must be by a brother, sister or parent and you must have no other close relatives living outside Australia.
