I am a full Canadian Citizen living in australia. We dont plan on living in canada in the near future but it is good to get a head start if we plan on moving.

He will have to live in Canada and fulfill residency requirement before he can apply for citizenship. Before citizenship, he needs to be a legal resident. You will need a spousal visa. Donna
