I want to immigrant myself to Australia.I've three kids and spouse.They're live inDhaka,Bangladesh.My kids are 11,9 and 1+ yrs old.I'm 44yrs old.I'm a police officer-I've got 21yrs experience.I'm looking for a job over there.Could any one help me ?

K bear's answer is excellent; I'd just like to add that as a police officer, you'd probably be able to get security guard work relatively easily, though I don't know what the industry's like and how hard it is to get work generally.
